Tax-free Childcare vouchers

If you would like to pay with Tax Free Childcare vouchers for our Forest School classes or Forest Camps, please select "Pay Offline" at checkout. Please note that we do not issue invoices.

If you choose to pay with Tax Free Childcare Vouchers, we require payment to be released immediately. Please complete the booking form and ensure you have added a reference with the first initial of the child's first name and the first three letters of their surnames and then TFC. Please contact your TFC provider and instruct them to release the exact amount of your booking, using your order number and surname as the reference.

Funds must be received within 3 working days from the date of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received within this timeframe. While we can transfer your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability), we cannot offer refunds for payments made using childcare vouchers.
